Why & How
It is used as a spread for pancakes, cakes, on bread… and can also be used as a chocolate sauce for toppings over fruit salads and even savory dishes. If you want to get a liquid sauce, put the whole jar in warm water (make sure that water does not enter the jar), until the spread dissolves.
