Plum flour is milled plum seed press cake obtained upon cold pressing oil from the seeds. It is used as a food ingredient. It comes with numerous health benefits as it has extremely high protein and fiber proportions. The taste is strong, nutty, marzipan like.
May be used raw in smoothies, shakes, yogurt, cereals, but also as a cooking ingredient in gluten free breads, pastries or as a substi tute for nuts in recipes.
